Request A Meeting Room

At the IGCS 2022 Annual Global Meeting, you have the chance to host a small meeting with your colleagues and other Meeting attendees. Requests for meeting rooms will be considered for the purpose of gynecologic oncology-related business, small social gatherings, and planning. We hope you will take advantage of this opportunity to gather with colleagues while you are together in New York.

Location & Amenities

Meeting rooms will be in the Javits Center, where the IGCS 2022 Annual Global Meeting is being held.

The standard room set-up is U-Shape. AV options and catering will be provided upon request and for a fee.


  • Meeting rooms can be booked for up to 20 people.
  • Meeting room access is limited only to registered IGCS Annual Global Meeting attendees.
  • There is a 2-hour minimum when booking meeting rooms. However, if you are an IGCS Strategic Alliance Partner, the 2-hour minimum does not apply. Instead, you are welcome to request a meeting room for a maximum of 1 hour.
  • IGCS will be enforcing blackout times, during which you will not be allowed to book a meeting room due to conflict with the scientific programming. Blackout times include plenary sessions (they are labeled Plenary 01 – 05) and industry-supported symposia that happen during lunchtime. Before submitting your request, please check the preliminary program to ensure that your preferred meeting time does not conflict with one of the blackout times. The program can be found HERE.
